Each residential unit will be built to maximize the rental pool potential. A standard unit will be 3 bedroom with 2 kitchens. The interior arrangement will facilitate the rental of a 3 bedroom unit, a 2 bed + 1-bed combination with either the 1 bedroom upstairs or downstairs. The owner can also be present and have rental income simultaneously.

We’ve simplified the purchasing process. Once you’ve selected your dream home contact us to submit a lot reservation. Once the Sales Contract is finalized, reviewed and approved, a deposit of $5000 USD is required, with a closing date either on or before 90 days from the receipt of the deposit. Once the deposit is received the transfer land title paperwork will be prepared.
Closing costs will include 1.0% of the purchase price for municipality transfer taxes. Lawyer fees are 1.5% of the purchase price, and inscription fees for the Spanish Deed are.05% of the selling price.
Yearly municipality taxes are generally .80 of 1% of the market assessed price and additional charges at closing may be special power of attorney if applied and due diligence. Under the terms of the contract, the buyer assumes all responsibilities to pay these costs at closing.

- If needed; we send late and eviction notices. We will initiate legal action against tenants on behalf of the homeowner.
